Terms of Use for SA Trucker App
Welcome to SA Trucker App, a social media network for the trucking industry in Southern Africa. By accessing or using our application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the App.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the SA Trucker App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
Use of the App: The SA Trucker App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: posting false or misleading information, infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, harassing or abusing other users, and engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
Intellectual Property: The SA Trucker App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its contents without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: The SA Trucker App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and encourage you to review the terms of use and privacy policy of any such site that you visit.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The SA Trucker App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the SA Trucker App. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the App.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SA Trucker App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
